AfLS at Science Forum SA (Dec 2017)

The African Light Source (AfLS) brought its case to one of the continent’s largest science gatherings, presenting at Science Forum South Africa 2017 and engaging directly with senior policy makers from across Africa.

Science Forum South Africa took place on 7–8 December 2017. The event attracts thousands of delegates from all over Africa, including very senior government policy makers, making it an ideal platform to advance the vision of an African Light Source. AfLS Committee members were on hand throughout for discussions with delegates.
